Order & Return Policy
How to Order
You can call us at (256) 523–3338, shop at our online store or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with all item details along with a telephone number where you can be reached in case of any questions.
Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. PayPal payments will include a 5% fee. Sorry, no CODS or Will Call allowed. All orders will be shipped when payment is received or successfully processed unless otherwise noted on the website.
Shipping / Delivery
All orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or other Freight Carriers. Available items in stock purchased directly through this website are shipped within 3 days of purchase unless otherwise noted.
All custom orders are non-returnable.
If any item is defected from craftsmanship upon delivery it will be repaired or replaced. We need to be notified immediately upon delivery if item is damage. Some exceptions may apply, at our discretion.
Orders placed for back ordered items can be cancelled within 3 days from the date of the order for a full refund. Orders cancelled after 3 days are subject to a 40% build service charge fee.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from CustomWoodWork.online, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination state, or country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
